Subject: Musing 03: my daily 15-minute bioenergetics routine
Here’s my daily routine:
- Total time: ~15 minutes
- # of exercises: 4
- Duration: 90 seconds each
- # of rounds: 3
- Best time of day to do it: Morning (but I personally do it after workouts usually in the evening or midday)
- Key points of focus: Breathing in the belly and feeling as deeply as you can into the body/area of tension/letting go
Exercise #1: Stand upright and breathe into belly
Exercise #2: Pull shoulders up to the ears & hold

Exercise #3: The bow
Exercise #4: The arch
Do each for 90 seconds. Complete 1 round. Repeat for 3 rounds.
